①本项目设备可以自动控制,无须手动调整,方便快捷。

②本项目设备每路由三个电磁阀独立控制,一路控制管内高压液体的大流量,实现快速打压。一路控制管内高压液体的小流量,慢速补压。还有一路慢速卸压。这样就改变以往流量小,打压速度慢的缺点,彻底改变由一路控制的局面,大大提高了试验数据的准确性。

(2) The equipment of this project is independently controlled by three solenoid valves in each route, controlling the large flow of high-pressure liquid in the pipe all the way, and realizing fast pressure. (3) Long preheating time is a common problem of this equipment in the industry. The equipment in this project uses constant temperature medium water to make the water in the high pressure pipe and the water immersed in the water tank reach a certain time. The water temperature is the same, so that the test saves time and achieves the ideal data.

(4) Multi-channel control changes the situation of single-channel control in the past, and provides more test space for customers.

All the test data are controlled by PLC, automatically set and calculated. All the pressure is maintained, which makes the test data more accurate and stable.
